Here at Sea Shelf we're proud of our customer service and attention to detail. But don't take our word for it - hear what some of our customers have to say.
Handy pack of navigational charts and equipment for lifeboats/rafts.
Items arrived incredibly fast and we're lovely to unpack, they are for a stocking filler so I won't have a chance to wear the socks but all looks great.
As with all UKHO products excellent. Very good service from Sea Shelf with an excellent web site.
First Class service. Went beyond the call of duty. Thank you
First class service. Fast delivery. Excellent communication. Thank you he loved the book.
Answered questions submitted by email promptly. Ordering easy, dispatch very good and Royal Mail delivery quick.
I appreciated the attention to detail and checking back with me to identify the fact that I had (somehow?) double ordered one particular chart. Nobody needs two charts the same; but how many suppliers would bother to check?

Amazing, well worth reading
So very pleased I bough this book as it follows on from her husband’s book Desperate Voyage. What an amazing couple. Well worth reading both books, I couldn’t put them down they were both so good.
First class buying experience from Sea Shelf. Excellent packaging and delivery.
Excellent service from start to finish. I was informed at short notice that I would need a course plotter and dividers for a course in three days time. I called SeaShelf and explained the situation. They understood the service, promoted me to put the online order through and within 5 minutes of doing so, I had confirmation that the order had been received, prepared and made ready for shipping. The items arrived the next day. Service like that can be hard to come by these days.
Once again flawless service from ordering to delivery
Thanks. Order satisfied in super quick time.
