The title infers that this publication is all about preparing to pass the Yacht Master exam. In reality, it covers the theoretical knowledge required and I found the summarised approach a good revision aid. However, this publication does not include content on preparing for and passing the practical exam.

This review relates to Volume 3 of this series. With this purchase, I now have all 4 volumes of this series. All the volumes are very detailed and I can't imagine anyone except possibly a researcher reading all of them. But I could be wrong there. I find them great for dipping into for info on particular events and it's a pleasure to see them all together on my bookshelf.
