I ordered in a rather muddled way, 2 items. Upon phoning I was assisted in such a way that both items were despatched the same day without incurring a postage penalty. Well done. I have always had unfailing great service from Seachest whenever I have ordered. I would mention in particular that all charts are corrected with the latest navigational information.

Placed the order via e-mail, only then to realise on confirmatory e-mail that another area chart would be more beneficial. Telephoned the shop to explain the situation and they changed the order happily, with no detrimental affect on delivery. Excellent service all round.

Perfect, I bought this as a stocking filler but I`m sure we will share. Great product so glad I came across them.
I was brought to Sea Chest by an internet search for these pens and I was impressed by how easy it was to find on the qwebsite and simple to work through the registration and payment. Delivery seemed even faster given the postal service! The pen is comfortable to hold and is the accepted colour for chart correction. I bought both sizes (0.28 & 0.38) as I reasoned the thinner one would be better for writing as I could get more letters into a small space and I was right. The thicker one is good for deleting the old data with two lines and putting in the arrows to point to new postions etc. A necessary addition to my chart table; I am saving money and by correcting my own charts my attention is drawn to the alterations especially changes in depth! I rate these pens as "4 stars" only because I have yet to see 'perfection'!
Placed my order on Sunday evening and it arrived with me on the Wednesday morning (despite living in a very rural part of Scotland) brilliant service.
This was my first purchase from Sea Chest and following problems in making payment at my end, Sea Chest could not have been more helpful or friendly in resolving the issue when it came to light. The Admiralty Chart was then dispatched the same day and arrived in perfect condition well protected in a strong storage tube. Altogether a wholly satisfactory experience.

I'm pleased to get my Dover Strait chart following a successful solo channel swim. Although it arrived in a tube it was creased as it didn't quite fit in the tube. Hopefully once framed the creases will come out.

Chart supplied very quickly and just as ordered. Pricing and delivery charges competitive and cheaper than most who had the chart in stock. Not much more to say other than I would happily buy from Sea Chest again.
As we are planning a trip on Canal du Midi next year I wanted a concise and informative guid to the canal. Many of the other guide books were just nice photos with not much substance. Ibought your guide because we wanted to get the best out of our holiday and have a safe trip. I will not know how helpful the guid is until we get on the boat next May

Item was out of stock when first ordered but a revised delivery date was organised quickly as well as a changed delivery address. Very impressed with this service..
No sooner had I reviewed the first of two chart deliveries ordered, advising that the order hadn't been delivered. An hour later the postman knocked on the door with the charts! Posted under Royal Mails 48 hour delivery......alls well that ends well and Charts received and all good. Thank you
