On top of the price of the book, the Royal Mail transportation, at delivery, I had to pay an extra 30 EUR to the mailing man as a result of Custom taxes. This was never mentioned on your website, normally the incoterm is DDP "Delivery at Place, all duties paid. For a book of +/- 35 EUR, an additional tax of 30 EUR is excessive and unacceptable ! Never again.
