The detail isn't as clear as I would have liked. The various facilities whether they be marinas, bars, locks etc are marked, but you have to be careful to look where the little fine red line goes - cos that's where the facility actually is! Not a lot of depth or detail for any of the backwaters. I used Navionics in conjunction with this map to give the detail I needed. However, having said that, it is a very useful paper map to keep onboard.
