Fortunately, I took a screen shot of my order and reference number as the promised email confirmation of the order was never received. The dispatch advice did however and the chart arrived two days later. Slightly disappointed to find that although well protected in a tube, the chart had been folded in three sections before being rolled. Other that those points, a satisfactory experience and I have the chart I need.
