Here at Sea Shelf we're proud of our customer service and attention to detail. But don't take our word for it - hear what some of our customers have to say.
This arrived so quickly I'd hardly finished placing the order!
Great value set of charts for a planned trip up the Severn and Avon.
Appropriate packaging, quickly delivered.
The service from Sea Chest was brilliant. The delivery charge was wrong at first but was instantly picked up by the team and a refund for the difference given back to me. The maps I ordered came well packaged and some large writing which said do not bend, great service from beginning to end. Thanks
good service and a good selection of stock
a good mix of practical pilotage notes and historical background. really useful air photos.
order did arrive on time. was exactly what i was looking for and is now in the process of being framed . service exellent
The website was clear, ordering was straightforward and delivery was on time. Thank you
Calendars arrived quickly, thank you.
I always buy Emma Ball Cornwall calendars for myself 7 friends. The seagulls are amazing & the places recognisable.
The map is exactly what I way looking for, but was folded in half and then rolled. So now there's a massive crease right through the middle of the print.
I had to call to find out the dimensions of the poster. Could have been easier if it was just listed on the product page.
Goods arrived promptly, but before they were dispatched, a member of staff phoned to enquire if an alternative item would be acceptable.

The product arrived promptly, but before it was dispatched, a member of your team phoned to enquire whether or not an alternative would be acceptable, which was good.
Great service! Many thanks
Promptly delivered and in good order - and an especially beautifully complex chart!
I got useful advice from Sea Chest and the chart arrived very quickly, perfectly packaged. Will use company again.
Purchased as Christmas present for a nautical type. Looks interesting. Afraid I wouldn't know one end of a boat from the other. Thus my 4 stars.
Ordering was easy and helpful staff when I telephoned to check publication date.
Easy to order and arrived quickly
It would have been better if the chart had been just rolled up rather than rolled and folded as we want to put it up on the wall. The fold leaves a crease mark
Spot on - delivery rapid!!
